@jmhorp Do you genuinely believe the fiscal, cultural, and criminal impact of these migrant groups is identical? Do you think there’s no difference between a Christian Western European immigrating legally and an illegal Haitian?

Let me explain.
Jose comes to America, Enrique comes with him.
Both these gentlemen bring their mom, aunt, three children all over 15, and their pregnant wife.
The women file for benefits as a single homeless women with children and take in max benefits.
The men all get paid under the table.
They split the cost of that $6,000/month place.
$1500 four ways.
50% of that coming from the benefits.
So they only have to make $750 a month each and they can make $6000/month happen.
Now the landlord doesn’t care at all about anything when he’s taking in $6k a month per unit.
DESTORY the place for all the landlord cares. Just keep that money flowing in!
There. That’s why you can’t afford it as an American trying to live with American living standards.

American says she has been going to look at rental units on the west side of Los Angeles, California for a month. Every unit that fits her needs is over $6,000 per month
“Can someone please explain to me the LA rental market and where people are living on the west side that has a unit, washer, dryer, and ideally air conditioning and maybe one parking spot? Because my boyfriend and I have been looking for probably about a month. We're trying to move out in the next 30 to 60 days and there are just no options.
And we go to these places and it's all between. It's all greater than $6,000. And like, what? Where are people living? We are willing to not live on the west side at this rate because this has just been such a nightmare, honestly.
— I'm starting to really lose hope.”
