@tfl because of the closed bus stops at Shepherds Bush Green and the refusal of your No 295 driver to stop for me, I had a bad fall and I’m now in Charing X A&E waiting to be assessed. Kindly passers by mopped up my blood and paid for taxi to get me here. Incident: 11.40am.
