Anyone who watched the Judges interviews agree that Hon Lucas Onyina, was among the top, if not the top most candidate. His record is impeccable, his interview was memorable from his calm demeanor to demonstrations of his deep legal understanding and prowess. But for reasons only known to the nominating authorities, his name is missing from the list of nominated Judges. He is a decent God fearing person of integrity, qualities that are meaningless in Kenyan systems. The Kenyan system does not recognize the likes of Lucas. Anyways- congratulations to the successful candidates.
