This afternoon, I’ve instructed my Attorney General to pursue an injunction against the Al-Quds Day demonstration planned for Toronto. Hate, violence and intimidation have no place on the streets of Canada and our government will fight it however we can.

“Nancy Grewal, 45, who was stabbed to death last week at a client’s Lasalle, Ont., home, was also a social media influencer known for her opposition to Khalistan.” “Canada has listed Khalistan groups including the International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) as terrorist entities.” I am convinced she was killed because of her opposition to Khalistan. Supporters of this movement are not welcome in Canada. Mass immigration must end, and mass deportations must begin.

🧵1/5 Longtime The Vancouver Sun reporter Kim Bolan @kbolan had covered the Air India Flight 182 bombing since 1985. Her work on #BabbarKhalsa suspects drew years of threats from #Khalistani extremists who aimed to silence journalists through harassment, intimidation, & violence.

🚨 Time to Recognize the Khalistan Movement as a Terrorist Movement. The UK government-commissioned Bloom Review delivered a clear warning: “Extremely vocal and aggressive pro-Khalistan extremists operate in the UK, promoting a separatist agenda and inciting intimidation and violence.” The report stresses that such extremist activism has no place in British public life and that governments must avoid legitimizing these networks through political engagement. This raises a bigger question for Western democracies. If an official #UK review has already flagged Khalistani extremism as aggressive and dangerous, why haven’t countries like #Canada and the #US taken stronger steps to confront it? Canada, in particular, has become a major hub for pro-Khalistan activism, with repeated incidents of intimidation, threats, and radical propaganda targeting critics. The time has come for Western governments to treat #Khalistani extremism with the same seriousness applied to other violent separatist movements, through scrutiny, legal action, and designation as a terrorist movement. Ignoring the warning signs today only allows extremism to grow tomorrow.

A Canadian advocacy group is urging Ottawa to formally classify Canada-based Khalistani extremist networks as terrorist organisations, following the killing of Nancy Grewal, an Indo-Canadian worker and outspoken critic of the movement. #Read_details 🔗👇 theaustraliatoday.com.au/canadian-group… Conservative MP @shuvmajumdar has called for tougher action, citing online claims circulating after the attack. The push comes as CSIS has previously warned of Canada-based Khalistani extremism as an ongoing national security concern and a driver of foreign interference. #Canada #Khalistan #NationalSecurity #Extremism #Diaspora #Politics #CSIS #IndiaCanada #BreakingNews #TheAustraliaToday @DrAmitSarwal @Pallavi_Aus @JitarthJai @CoHNACanada @oficottawa @MarkJCarney
