@officialUKMail my delivery was supposed to be delivery 116, he was on No.32, which gave me time to be home from work. Now they've tried to deliver and no one is home 🙄😠

@officialUKMail absolutely furious. Waited in all day yesterday for a parcel to be collected - missed my daughter’s baby class which I pay for. Only for no one to turn up. Phoned and was assured someone would be here first thing this morning...again no one has come! Poor service!

@dhlexpressuk Asda,Brighton Hill, Basingstoke 1130am.busy shopping day. Your driver decides to park across 2 disabled bays. I asked him to move as Needed the disabled bay. His reply. Get stuffed! He then walked to the rear where there is parking for deliveries. Disgusting!
