You honestly have no sense. The woman you are talking about, Madam Amanda Pam, was the one registering people and mobilizing for the party when no one believed in it. She was in the party before Obi joined. Now you want the party to give the ticket to Aisha Yesufu because she is who?
JACK The Builder™@Jack_ng01

NDC is such a funny party 😂😂😂 Structures of the party in FCT are telling you to give them Aisha Yesufu as Senate Candidate you went and collected money from one old woman called Amanda Pam I'm just laughing 😂😂😂🤣🤣

I REJECT THE CONCOCTED RESULTS OF THE ADC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES Following reports of widespread voter disenfranchisement in most parts of the country during the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Primaries yesterday, I unequivocally reject the concocted results being announced. I had initially stated that I will only accept the outcome of the Primaries if the process was free, fair, and transparent, and I stand by my word. I will not accept results from a process that does not reflect the values that the ADC had pledged to uphold, to rescue Nigerians from the impunity and gross mismanagement that our country is currently facing in the hands of the ruling party. There’s no way that about eighty percent of members of the party were not allowed to vote, and you expect me to accept such results. Then what makes us different from the others? The whole idea of the ADC was to give the Nigerian people a platform, to amplify the voices of the downtrodden, and make Nigeria a better place for everyone irrespective of backgrounds, ethnicity, or religion. A party that criticizes the ruling APC and INEC for vote buying, rigging and writing of results, cannot be engaged in vote buying, writing of results, and other electoral malpractices that leads to the disenfranchisement of voters who are party members. This is not acceptable! - Rt Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi

I’m absolutely gutted. Missing out on Xabi Alonso is incredibly disappointing. Hard to understand how the board could let an opportunity like this slip away, especially after such a poor season. Instead, we’re left wondering what might have been. I’m beyond devastated. This feels like a massive missed opportunity, and one liverpool fans won’t forget anytime soon.

Sowore in his 50s is encouraging young boys to misbehave online. I don’t blame him, it’s because he got away with so many of his reckless and unguarded utterances. Those of you who follow him and listen to him, I pity all of you. This is someone whose wife and children are living a good life abroad. But he’s using you people as errand boys, protesters and agent of bad behaviour. Get something meaningful to do with your lives. Don’t let Sowore ruin your lives for you.

💬 "A citizen that pays taxes is a citizen. If you are not a taxpayer, and not exempted, then you are not a citizen." 🇳🇬 With that uncompromising definition, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, redefined the social contract from the main stage of the Africa CEO Forum Annual Summit in Kigali. ⚖️ The President spoke as a man who knows the file intimately. He had personally driven tax reform as Governor of Lagos State, transforming what was then a fiscally fragile sub-national into Nigeria's most autonomous fiscal jurisdiction. The architect of his current federal tax reform, Finance Minister Wale Edun, was sitting in the front row, the very person whose work has reshaped Nigeria's revenue architecture over the past three years. 🎯 Tinubu's argument was disarmingly direct. Nobody, anywhere in the world, wakes up wanting to pay taxes. Taxation is not friendly to the wealthy, to the middle class, or to the poor. And yet every citizen expects roads, hospitals, schools, pharmaceutical research, protection of the vulnerable and the country's children. The question that demanding citizens almost never answer, he noted with sharp irony, is the most basic one: who pays for it? You want a fine highway, but not through your land. You want a well-equipped hospital, but no taxes. The maths does not work, anywhere on earth. 📜 The historical wink was telling. His American interlocutor's ancestors, he reminded the room, famously threw the tea into the sea when they were taxed without representation. The lesson, in Tinubu's reading, is not that taxation is dangerous, it is that taxation creates demanding citizens. And demanding citizens, far from being a problem, are precisely what builds accountable states. The Covid-19 pandemic underscored just how strategic domestic fiscal capacity becomes when the world stops being predictable. 🌍 The deeper message lands squarely on the African Ownership agenda Kigali has been amplifying all week. Pan-African capitalism cannot be financed indefinitely from external loans, declining aid, or volatile commodity rents. It will be financed by African citizens, African corporations and African tax systems that have the political legitimacy to function. The unlock is fiscal sovereignty, and fiscal sovereignty starts with taxation. 🇷🇼 The question Kigali is putting on the table this week is no longer whether African states need to raise more revenue domestically. It is whether they will dare to ask their citizens to fund the future they say they want. #ACF2026 #AfricaCEOForum

Fun fact: If Peter Obi makes sense to you, Tinubu will never make sense to you. If Tinubu makes sense to you, Peter Obi cannot make sense to you. These gentlemen operate on totally different IQ levels. If after watching Tinubu's outing yesterday, you still find it hard to understand him and you are clapping for "Mr I will run for a single term to bring stability", it speaks more about your IQ than anything else.

I put it to you @ruffydfire that you're a shameless journalist. You're a disgrace to that profession. So, when did you realise that the problem of ADC has nothing to do with APC and the president? You kept spreading this wrong information even when you were corrected several times. You used your platform on X to set the President up for dragging on a matter that doesn't concern him and his party! Your eyes are now clear! Journalist Isonu! Pls, watch this video and see how useless this guy is!

I had to pause for a second when the judgement was interpreted to me. What exactly are people celebrating? If you go round in circles and end up right where you started, is that really a win… or just delay dressed up as strategy? Politics doesn’t wait. Time keeps moving, and every delay has a cost. They are cheering, but quietly losing ground. In a game with strict deadlines, can you truly call it victory if all you’ve done is restart the race.

) Nafiu gombe went to the high court to restrain David mark and others from parading themselves as executives of the party. 2) The high court asked the David mark team to present their case and state why the order should not be granted 3) Instead David mark ignored and headed to the Appeal court to challenge the case. 4) The appeal court ordered Ante bellum and INEC removed David mark name from the register 5) David Mark went further to the supreme court to challenge ante bellum. 6) Supreme court voids ante bellum order by the appeal court and ordered David mark back to the high court for trial. 7) ADC people are celebrating and I am amazed especially because of the time constraint in the electoral act. 8) Why did you waste your time all along only to return to where you were at the beginning. 9) This is like a snake and ladder game where a bite returs you to the bottom while the other players have almost finished to game. 10) Again why are they jubilating?

Those who initially claimed that Status Quo Ante Bellum was in their favour and were attacking INEC for wrongly interpreting it are now happy that the Supreme Court voided it 😆. Pure hypocrisy! I hope you know that the Supreme Court had returned the case to the Federal High Court for trial Continuation. By the time the judgement is delivered, you guys must not wail again o. However, my advice to those contesting elections in 2027 is to look for a stable platform, ADC is still in coma!

FACT CHECK: Igini’s claim incorrect. Ballot paper validation in Electoral Act 2026 existed in 2022 law Mike Igini, a former resident electoral commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has claimed that the Electoral Act 2026 contains a new provision granting presiding officers the discretion to accept or reject ballot papers that do not bear the official mark prescribed by the electoral body. THE CLAIM Speaking during an interview on ARISE News on Wednesday, Igini said section 63 of the Electoral Act 2026, which deals with ballot papers, grants excessive discretion to presiding officers. A presiding officer, better known as a PO, is the primary election official responsible for managing a polling station on election day. thecable.ng/fact-check-igi… #FactCheck

I knew Peter Obi had no chance with the ADC ticket. But I am one to always verify things. That verification process is now complete. I had some important meetings recently and I can say, this is now a Done Deal. I have a strong idea of who will fly the ADC ticket but in this game, only a bird in hand is a bird that’s yours. But I am 100% percent certain of who will not smell it. My next move is to ensure that when the Obidient group leave the ADC, they don’t leave with the prized asset they have been working day and night to drag along. Concluded these meetings too even as I await the outcomes. I will send you myrmidons into political oblivion. This is for Wole Soyinka, Tunde Onakoya and Jaffi Joffa and all that they represent. And all the unknown names and faces that have been bearing the brunt of your ill-fated group.
