You need to re-think this new timetable @AvantiWestCoast from Crewe to @NetworkRailEUS. Ridiculous to charge £100+ a seat and totally oversubscribe the train. Everyone standing in the aisle for trip of that length. What an absolute joke

Also @AvantiWestCoast when your staff all stand in a line like the police when you are getting a train from Euston, the women half closes the door on platform 16 to also try and intimidate, remember we are only getting a train. You need to train your staff in customer service.
