We need to do away with presidential immunity man. This might be radical but these guys know the limits of COK2010 to a point where they're getting away with too much. You cannot run a country to the ground and we have to wait for you to leave office for any hopes to take you on.

A new proposal under Finance Bill 2026 says KRA can freeze or take your money even if you have appealed a tax bill, until the dispute is fully resolved For example, if a bank, SACCO, or M-Pesa is holding your money, it can be frozen or sent to KRA while the case is still ongoing

Nigerians are offended that someone has stated the obvious fact that they're the fraud capital of Africa.
Chetuya Math Chinagolum@Chetuyachinago

I put on my fraud detection hat whenever I see a 22 year old Tech bro who supposedly dropped out of college to fund an AI startup. In this case, what I found about this Kled guy is incredibly disturbing. K5 Global is Kled’s lead investor. K5 Global is a firm that frequently invests alongside the Palantir and Thiel network. Another Kled backer, Aglaé Ventures, owned by Bernard Arnault, has a massive AI portfolio that intersects with the same labs that Palantir’s AIP integrates with. Basically, Kled is the Data Harvester for Palantir. Their job is to mobilize hundreds of thousands of gig workers, mostly from the Global South, to upload personal photos, videos, and documents. They convert raw human life into a machine readable product. Their clients like Palantir act as the Data Refinery. Palantir’s software, specifically Foundry and AIP, is designed to take that data and make it actionable for governments and corporations to put into global surveillance and military use. We can safely conclude that this Kled guy and other similar AI startups harvesting user data are human meat shields. They are specifically set up and funded to do the dirty work for Silicon Valley tech empires. Understand that these Large AI labs are currently being sued by artists, writers, and publishers for stealing data through web scraping. To win these court cases, OpenAI and Palantir need to prove they have clean, consented data. Buying a dataset from Kled, where every user signed a 50 page digital consent form in exchange for $20, gives these billion dollar tech companies a free pass. Also, imagine if Palantir, a company already criticized for government surveillance and US military war campaigns, offered to pay people in developing countries to film their living rooms and daily activities. It would look like a global surveillance network. By using Kled as a middleman, they get the same data but keep their hands clean in the public eye. Even though we cannot verify his claim of Nigerians defrauding his company, what we can verify is that he is an industry plant. He is set up to allow AI data labs to continue harvesting user data for global surveillance and military use.

A cow in Brazil sold for $4.8 million. Her eggs go for $250,000 each. Her name is Viatina-19, and the buyers want her DNA. They take a single one of her egg cells, mix it in a lab with sperm from a top bull, and put the resulting embryo inside a different cow that carries the pregnancy. An average Brazilian calf sold at market in 2024 went for $403. A regular bull from the same breed goes for around $2,000. One of Viatina-19’s eggs is worth more than 600 ordinary calves, or 125 of those bulls. At 1,101 kilograms (about 2,400 pounds), Viatina-19 is roughly twice the size of a normal cow of her breed. She got that big unusually fast, and she passes the trait to her babies. Breeders pay for that. She’s also won Miss South America at a global cattle beauty contest based in Texas. She’s a Nelore, white with a hump on the back and loose neck skin. The first Nelore cows arrived in Brazil in 1868 from India, where they had been bred for thousands of years to handle scorching heat. Today the Nelore makes up about 80% of all 230 million cattle in Brazil. Cows like Viatina-19 are too expensive for any one person to buy alone. An internet executive named Ney Pereira bought a 50% share of her in 2022 for $800,000. Two years later, his half was worth around $2.15 million. Three different Brazilian companies now share her, and they split the money every time someone buys an egg. Viatina-19 lives like a head of state. Cameras everywhere. An armed guard stays on the property, and a vet looks after her full-time. Down the road, a lab called Geneal has 500 surrogate cows walking around pregnant with cloned copies of various champion cows. About one in three of those cloned pregnancies makes it to a live calf. Brazil exported $17 billion of beef in 2025 and just passed the United States as the world’s biggest beef producer. Cows like Viatina-19 are how the country plans to stay there. One egg at a time.

As for me i want to start a breeding farm. For instance,a pure savanna back weighing over 80kgs cannot breed the local kienyeji goats which weigh less than 25kgs. So i got the crosses which are a bit bigger and can easily be served by the male.Selling the offsprings to other farmers who want to improve the quality of indigenous breeds can easily fetch me a good fortune

Started with these two local breeds i bought from our local market in march 2025. It was a trial and error verson nione kama ningetoboa. I then started doing research about better breeds and that's when i came across South African breeds(Boer,Savanna & Red kalahari).. Did further research about where i could source them, came across a page ya cons "Delamere farm",reached out wakaniambia i have to pay 8k for farm visit. Sounded fishy so one day i just decided to drive all the way hadi apo delamare(Naivasha) nikaambiwa kwa gate hao ni conmen. Did a little more research after that nikapata a breeder in narok. We organized and i paid him a farm visit, was impressed by what he was doing and so juu i had already made up my mind, i made a deposit then a week later nikarudi huko kuclear balance nikichukua my 4 goats nikaleta ocha. November i went back there and got a pure breed savanna male.. The rest is history.. saa izi mbuzi zimefika 18

@WashiraX What's happening at KRA? They seem inclined to want to tax money tax payers do not have. What's the point of doing business if your losses are treated as positive revenue?

Branch loan app has shown KRA dust. Branch lent money online to majabazi. Majabazi wakakula pesa, wakakataa kulipa. • Branch lost 800 Million shillings. Branch did what any business would do. - They treated the defaulted loans as bad debts, - And deducted them from their taxes. KRA rejected the deduction. Arguing: - Loan principal is not an expense - It is capital - And capital losses are not tax deductible Meaning: - Branch must still pay full tax - Despite losing 800M Branch ran to court. The tax appeals tribunal sided with Branch. KRA appealed to the high court. The High Court has now ruled that: • Branch can deduct the defaulted loans as bad debts. Branch won. Case closed. Lesson: • Lending businesses can now deduct defaulted loans from their taxes. Now majabazi are asking: - KRA imeambiwa ibebe deni zetu - Branch itatwambia tuwalipe Tena?
