A reminder from California that Canada's interpretation of the Safe Third Country Agreement (#STCA) should not apply to transgender persons from the US. The evidence shows us that across the United States, Trans persons experience violence and discrimination because of their gender identity or expression. @CitImmCanada and @JusticeCanadaEN, it's time for Canada to protect #Transgender asylum seekers fleeing the #USA.
