@AyrunTV As a killer main, the fog vials have always not been very good. Should have stayed in their original state. All you have to do is focus the back of the head and you still find them like 85/90% of the time. Works best against killers that have less than 4,500 hours.

@MannieYoko From my understanding it will affect the third perk in. You can run botany and self care but can't add flow state without diminishing returns. My 22s self care heal build :(

WIth diminishing returns will we see a rebuff of self care back to 50%
