@ohmconnect How do I disconnect my thermostat from OhmConnect? I disabled it through the OhmConnect app, however my thermostat app still shows it connected.

@bbws_rock100 Hi there! You can participate in OhmHours and AutoOhms with as many smart plugs as you'd like (as long as they are on our list of compatible devices). We've seen some members with 10+ smart devices participate in an event!

Is it true that @ohmconnect only allows two smart plugs to participate in a #powerhour, even though I have three #smartplugs

@ohmconnect In your rush to fire as many humans as possible and replace them with AI, you forgot to make sure the AI customer service agent actually works. I can't add my Google Home account and I can't contact anyone about it because your AI agent keeps throwing an error. 🙄

@ohmconnect your energy measuring is BS, telling me I didn’t reduce energy between 5-6 pm on Monday! Compared to what ? I had been out of the house since 645 am, what was there to reduce? ???

@ohmconnect Thanks, but it's already on its way back to you. I couldn't believe the only contact method I could find was @Twitter, no phone number, no e-mail [except 'do not reply' addresses in welcome messages], etc. Besides, the offer I accepted was for 2 units, but I only received 1.

@ohmconnect Because it's IMPOSSIBLE to find a way to talk to a person, I'm returning my plug before even activating it. I wanted to explain that because I'm bed-bound, relying on others to do everything, there's been a delay in setting it up...but couldn't find anyone to contact.

@ohmconnect I cannot find a way to contact an actual person. I am being penalized for not reducing for events that I have no idea are even happening.

@ohmconnect are some shady fools. I signed up with the energy company here in Houston and added my Nest thermostat. It started acting uncharacteristic. I'd delete schedules from both the Nest and Google App and they'd magically re-appear. I have the half price night plan.

@fnm4321 Hi there! Extreme heat has caused an increased energy demand, and we respond when the energy grid providers predict that the grid will be stressed. We understand this doesn't work for everyone. Please know that you can opt-out of events you are not able to participate in.

@ohmconnect you are crazy- telling people to uplug during the heatwave, which would expose vulnerable people to the heat potentially causing death and serious health issues.

@ohmconnect What happened with the AutoOhm yesterday? I got a notice at 7:15pm it started and never got a notice it was over. I also never got a notice that you were having trouble connecting, so my refrigerator power might have been shut off for days if I had not checked it!
