They're eliminating crew jobs while increasing costs???
Who greenlit this? Who approved the budget? They ought to be fired for dereliction.

Just a reminder: Two of the best animated films of this decade, The Mitchells vs. the Machines and Nimona, both include LGBTQ representation done naturally and effectively, with Katie Mitchell from The Mitchells being canonically queer and Nimona centering a same-sex relationship between Ballister and Ambrosius, and both films were critically acclaimed, widely loved by critics and audiences, and received major awards recognition because they’re genuinely strong, creative, and emotionally resonant stories. Undoubtedly better storytelling than these two Mario movies
Who could’ve thought that you can include representation in such a sincere and honest way when the writing actually cares about its characters in an animated film?
