@Lfromthenorth Good argument. I don’t think this is the best argument for this topic though because tbh as
Someone who’s competed in high level esports, these types of people are pretty degenerate sometimes and some will harass women, limiting their motivation
Still, protect biological women

Anthony Griffin (44), who the New York Times described as a "popular battle rapper" (seriously, the article is still up...) decided it was a good idea to stab and slash 3 elderly Americans (65, 70, and 84 years old) with a Gerber Gear machete at Grand Central Station in New York City.
As officers arrived on scene, the first cop pulls his Gen4 Glock 17 with night sights and tells him to drop the knife. Mr. Griffin isn't deterred by the Glock as he knows, from multiple Hollywood movies and rap songs, that it can't be detected by a metal detector.
So, the second officer has to pull his Sig Sauer P226 and performs an impromptu ballistics test on Mr. Griffin's chest cavity with his Speer 124gr +p 9mm bonded hollow points as Mr. Griffin was yelling "I am Lucifer!!!"
As it turns out, even Lucifer isn't immune from a couple well placed 9mm bonded JHPs in the torso and died on the scene saving taxpayers millions of dollars.
Carry accordingly...

@Houseofyogi @JTLonsdale letting bad companies die is a good thing. Make room for the winners. These aren’t jobs programs, especially for the h1b pilots they were hiring

Spirit Airlines died tonight at the hands of the socialist crusader, Elizabeth Warren
She must be so proud to add another casket to her achievements.
Tonight at 3am, Spirit turns off the lights. 14,000 jobs gone. 30+ smaller airports lose service.
JetBlue offered $3.8 BILLION in cash to buy Spirit in 2022. Shareholders, flight attendants union, literally everyone voted yes.
The combined company would have held 9% of the US market against a Big 4 that already owned 80%.
For anyone who understands numbers: 9% isn’t a monopoly against 80%.
Warren said no.
She wrote letters. She pressured Buttigieg. Biden’s DOJ sued. A federal judge killed the deal in January 2024.
Her argument: the merger would cost consumers $1 billion a year.
Now look at her collateral damage she dusts under the rug.
510 pilots gone in the months after. 1,800 flight attendants furloughed in December.
14,000 jobs in 2023. 7,500 last week. Zero tonight.
And that’s just the people in Spirit uniforms.
Catering goes. Fuel guys go. Baggage crews, gate agents, airport coffee shops, hotels and rental cars in 70 cities Spirit flew to. Every airline job carries 3 more on its back.
40,000 people out of work because of one woman’s moronic crusade against the market.
And the math ain’t mathing.
Spirit abandoned 90 routes during the death spiral. Fares on those routes are up 14% on average. Oakland to Newark: $135 to $288. Fort Myers to San Juan: $92 to $219. Kansas City to Newark up 66%.
That’s reality. Not some BS number from a “study.”
So @SenWarren tell me how this saves the consumer money?
Cheap carriers in a market drop fares 21% across the board. Southwest did this in the 90s and saved Americans $68 BILLION over 20 years.
Warren killed it. That’s what moronic politicians led by socialism do.
Then with her own blind arrogance, she tweeted Spirit’s collapse is “a Biden win for flyers.”
A win.
14,000 people are reading termination letters tonight.
And she’s taking credit.
This is socialism in 2026.
A senator who’s never made payroll thinks she knows how to run a market better than the people who own and work in the company.
She saved you a billion on imaginary paper.
She cost you ten times that in real life.
She didn’t protect consumers from anything.
14,000+ will go from working to welfare.
She will make sure to blame billionaires, hardworking tax payers, AI, capitalism and whatever monster they will make up tomorrow hiding under your bed.
Higher taxes. Fewer jobs. More expensive everything.
She called it a win. I hope you enjoy winning.

A September 2025 YouGov poll found that 26% of liberals under 45 say political violence is acceptable.
7% of conservatives under 45 said the same.
The U.S. has a growing problem with violent left-wing extremism that corporate media largely ignores.
Recent examples include assassination attempts on Donald Trump, attacks on Tesla facilities, and the murder of Charlie Kirk.
It needs to stop, but it's only getting worse.

@lianliu2016 @Fade_snap @jeremyausmus Wet boards want us to put less money in before bad cards come and to wait for good cards before committing more
English

@Fade_snap @jeremyausmus Correct. But at same time, there is a lot in the pot already, don’t you think taking it down right there is fine? Cuz it such a super wet board, you gonna be playing guessing games on later streets. There are too many hands she could be check raising with, 2nd or 3rd pair too.

Although it may help, the real secret to surviving in poker long term isn't some secret meditation routine. It’s just not hating what it takes to improve. If you don't actually enjoy the process of getting better, others will eventually just outwork you. Longevity in this game is mostly just a side effect of curiosity.
English

@Carroters1 As a range yes. But the stronger hands prefer the bigger open. Open top 10% 3.5bb bottom third of range as a min raise
English

@ClearTradeoffs It can be like in poker, they can delete hand histories or bad sessions to make their stats looks better. As a numbers guy I always want to trust the numbers but that can be manipulated to get your support
English

@SamGreenwoodRIO Dislike flop bet. This is a great hand to put in your passive lines. It gives you flushes in the check ranges, and you don’t construct your own cooler

Man Killed After Pointing Gun at Jacksonville Officer in Apparent Su*c*de-by-Cop Incident
Jacksonville, Florida - The incident resulted in the death of 49-year-old Michael Krause. Krause had a prior criminal history that included Domestic Battery, Driving Under the Influence, Possession of a Controlled Substance Without a Prescription, Petty Theft, and Discharging a Firearm in Public. Had Krause survived his injuries, he would have been arrested for multiple counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
At 9:16 a.m., Krause entered a convenience store on Bowden Road. Five minutes later, he pulled out an apparent handgun and pointed it at the store clerk. Krause demanded that the clerk call the police, stating that he wanted to die and wanted the police to kill him. The customers inside the store quickly left, and the clerk called for police assistance. While still inside the store, Krause threatened that he was going to come out shooting.
Officers arrived on scene moments after receiving the call and took tactical positions around the store. At 9:30 a.m., Krause exited the store and began moving quickly toward Officer Cascante with his right arm outstretched in front of his body and his weapon pointed at the officer. Officer Cascante fired his rifle, striking Krause. Krause fell to the ground, and his weapon hit the pavement. He died on scene.
