No compensatory offers. No food vouchers. No hotel vouchers. Can’t retrieve my bags because “they’ll just go to ATL without you” on a flight that I’m not even on because every @AmericanAir flight tomorrow is sold out. All hotels within a reasonable distance are sold out.

You know how @AmericanAir does that thing where they delay a flight 30 minutes at a time for 5 hours because “pilot is trying to get here” and then the pilot walks up to the gate and then they cancel the flight anyway? You don’t? I do.

@lyft what is the actual customer service number I can call to speak to a human being about the 4-hr ride from hell my mother just experienced??

At the request of the City, the bus stop at 6th St. and Market St. in Philadelphia will permanently relocate to the Spring Garden SEPTA Station at 2nd St. & Spring Garden St. starting 11/16. The stop will be on the north side of Spring Garden St., under the viaduct.
