AI Overviews cost dramatically more to serve than traditional search results, and they answer the user's question without driving the click-throughs that monetize the entire search business. Raw milk has something pasteurized does not - we call it bacteria. Discovered years ago, and some cause illness, and some of those illnesses lead to hospitalizations and deaths. But people want you to take a chance on E coli. So they make up things like raw milk includes a magic ingredient that pasteurization (heating at 165 degrees for 12 seconds) removes. There is no such magic ingredient. Why do they want raw milk? Why are they using science to write non science and nonsense.
