@SW_Help @Heidi_Labour Someone on the train was on the verge of fainting, luckily people were kind enough to give up their seats to look after her. All could have been avoided if you actually provided a decent service with realistic measures in place.

@SW_Help @Heidi_Labour Yes it is. It’s hard to disembark when the 1st stop isn’t for 15 mins. I’m not sure any 1 would have the space to a) find/get to the guard or b) speak to them via intercom. If you have to shorten a train why not stop people boarding / close doors early to prevent this situation.

@SW_Help sort out the overcrowding on trains, it’s a health risk. People on this 18.02 service from Waterloo are packed in like sardines causing people to feel unwell. @Heidi_Labour

@CWOA why have you discontinued residents membership for the pool?

Told by your staff they couldn't do anything and to email again, was then given the licensing dept number only to be told it's 'hit and miss' as to whether they pick up or not. Shameful 2/2
