Yet, the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th circuits now hold that healthy people can be mandated to use experimental drugs and simultaneously surrender any right to sue when injured by them. This sounds like the courts' only focus on death, not life. If you're dying, you can't try the drugs, but if you're healthy, you can be mandated to use a drug that might kill you. This is so 2026 America right now.

My kids have this little plastic Ikea table they use to draw & stuff and my 3yo is just desperate to help me in the kitchen, but I find it so stressful & difficult to have her on a step-stool at the counter while I’m trying to get things done BEHOLD, A REVELATION I brought the plastic table into the kitchen, gave her a cutting board & the kid friendly chopping knives & let her make the salad tonight. I have never let her do this before Every time she cut through a cucumber or tomato it was like “WOOOOOOO!!!” She was literally shouting she was so excited about it Then she helped me add ingredients & whisked the salad dressing totally on her own So she made the whole salad tonight. And she coated all the asparagus in oil & seasonings, the salt & pepper grinder unassisted. I let her do it all. She was insanely proud of herself & it actually was very helpful to me instead of intrusive & dispersing
