Yesterday we launched the #UkatibaCaravan, our country-wide voter registration drive. We began in county 001 and will travel to all 47 counties of our beautiful republic to encourage all our young people to register as voters in order to exercise their rights as guaranteed in Article 38 of our Constitution.

I wish to express my deepest appreciation to our brothers and sisters in Kuria East in Migori County and Homabay County for the warm welcome. I heard of your struggles to put food on the table for your families: to have jobs once you finish school; to pay for healthcare; and to deal with the broken education system. This is what we intend to fix. I must also admit that I have not eaten such tasty omena in along time, like I did at the Homabay fish market. With a bit of value addition to the fish stock, Lake Victoria riparian counties will provide alot of employment to our youth as well as spur the economy. It will be among our flagships in rebuilding the economy.

A busy morning 📸

We started our #BallotRevolution campaign in Mombasa today. We were hosted by the Mombasa Law Society for a discussion on the future of our beloved country. We emphasized the need for professionals to lead the charge for change in the country. We exchanged ideas on how to strengthen our people-driven campaign for change. We also agreed to work together to mobilize all eligible youth voters to register when the official registration period begins in the next few days. A target of 5 million new registered voters is possible. Let us make the 2027 #BallotRevolution a reality so that we can RESET, RESTORE and REBUILD our country. #UkatibaNdioTiba #15MillionStrong
