china holds significant leverage and could restrict "made in china" exports to the us, which would have a major impact. for example, a large share of everyday household goods in american homes is sourced from china. even many maga supporters rely on products manufactured there.

So what happens when a Chinese ship is trying to exit the Strait? The US is going to block it? The Chinese will allow that to happen?

@DemzDeliver how much did they raise room &board & books? most universities in the 1990s when I was in school required u to live in a dorm for 2 yrs. tuition was only 20-30% of the cost. room &board, books, supplies, other moderate living expenses were 75% of the cost.
