ChatGPT wouldn't stop talking about goblins. Unprompted, mid-conversation, just goblins. OpenAI actually had to push a fix. They're calling it an "anti-goblin patch"! Very concerning. Switch to @Grok. No goblins...just good tech that works!

Don't change the iPhone if the battery starts to drain. Don't change the iPhone if the battery starts to drain. Don't change the iPhone if the battery starts to drain. Apple intentionally set the default settings so that the battery drains quickly. After I played around with the settings myself, the battery now lasts from 6 hours to 10 hours. Most people will buy a new phone before they ever find this. Here is the method: 👇

Stanford scientists found one bacteria missing in almost every obese, diabetic, and inflamed patient they studied. It's supposed to make up 3-5% of your gut. In people with metabolic problems, it's often 3,000 times lower. This bacteria has one job. It lives in the mucus lining of your gut wall, The last layer of defense between your bloodstream and the outside world. It eats old mucus, stimulates your body to make fresh mucus, and seals the wall tight. When it's there, your gut barrier is strong. When it's gone, the wall thins: Weight becomes harder to lose Food particles leak through Blood sugar misbehaves Cholesterol creeps up Inflammation climbs Researchers at Nature Medicine gave this bacteria to overweight adults for 3 months. The results: - Cholesterol dropped - Insulin sensitivity improved - Liver inflammation markers fell - Gut barrier function strengthened - Body weight started trending down without a single diet change Here's what people are reporting when they rebuild this strain and its probiotic cousins: Blood sugar stabilizing Cravings for sugar fading Bloating disappearing in days Skin clearing after years of struggle Clothes fitting differently in a matter of weeks What destroys this bacteria? Alcohol Antibiotics Chronic stress Artificial sweeteners High-fat, high-sugar processed diets You can't buy this specific strain at most health food stores. But you can feed the bacteria you already have, and colonize with related strains that do similar work - At levels 10x higher than any capsule. The trick is fermentation. A jar of homemade yogurt fermented with the right strain for 36 hours at the right temperature can deliver 200+ billion live probiotic cultures per serving. A store-bought yogurt? Maybe 1 billion if you're lucky. Dr. William Davis (author of "Super Gut") has spent years documenting exactly how to do this at home. I've been making it myself for 3 years. The difference in how I feel is night and day. Comment PROBIOTICS and I'll send you the free guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

Top students at Stanford don't read books cover to cover anymore. They upload the PDF to NotebookLM and run a 6-prompt workflow that extracts the core arguments, counterexamples, and real-world applications in one sitting. Here are the exact prompts they use:

Amazon KDP is the most reliable business on Earth. I made $65,000 last month doing it. The best part? • I didn't write a single word. • I kept more of what I earn. • I didn't handle shipping or logistics. Everything runs on tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Ideogram. I could easily charge $199 for this. But for the next 24 hours, you can get my new AI publishing strategy for free. Comment “Guide” I’ll DM you everything. (Follow me so I can send it)

🚨BREAKING: The psychologist who won the Nobel Prize for proving humans are irrational died last year at 90. Daniel Kahneman spent 60 years studying why smart people make dumb decisions. His book "Thinking, Fast and Slow" sold 10 million copies and rewired how Silicon Valley thinks. But buried in his research is a decision-making framework 99.9% of people have never turned into prompts. Here are 9 Claude prompts built on Kahneman's cognitive science that turn Claude from a chatbot into a bias-proof reasoning engine:

At 40, Franz Kafka (1883-1924), who never married and had no children, walked through the park in Berlin when he met a girl who was crying because she had lost her favourite doll. She and Kafka searched for the doll unsuccessfully. Kafka told her to meet him there the next day and they would come back to look for her. The next day, when they had not yet found the doll, Kafka gave the girl a letter “written” by the doll saying “please don’t cry. I took a trip to see the world. I will write to you about my adventures.” Thus began a story which continued until the end of Kafka’s life. During their meetings, Kafka read the letters of the doll carefully written with adventures and conversations that the girl found adorable. Finally, Kafka brought back the doll (he bought one) that had returned. “It doesn’t look like my doll at all,“ said the girl. Kafka handed her another letter in which the doll wrote: "my travels have changed me.” the little girl hugged the new doll and brought her happy home. A year later Kafka died. Many years later, the now-adult girl found a letter inside the doll. In the tiny letter signed by Kafka it was written: “Everything you love will probably be lost, but in the end, love will return in another way.”

I ACCIDENTALLY OPENED MY CTO'S PERSONAL NOTION WORKSPACE AND NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY HE SHIPS 5X FASTER THAN THE REST OF US. He is 48. I am 26. He manages 3 products and never works past 5 PM. I work 10 hours a day and barely clear my Jira board. In his workspace, one specific document explained everything: Most people panic when the workload scales. They work longer hours, burn out, and eventually drop the ball. High performers do not manage time. They manage boundaries. The document was a list of strict operating rules. Here are 18 systems you can steal.

The Human Synapse Decoder is making great progress! Here is my latest EEG of a Hypnogogic state: it was a 10.23 minute period and the post state results were recorded after 3 consecutive “meditative” states were reached. The process I start with a problem to solve before I drift off to a “nap” a 15 minute “Thomas Edison” state to a Hypnogogic phase. After 3 “meditative” states I am weakened by the system and I record by voice recorder my flow of what was on my mind at the time with no interpretation. I than process the brain wave recording through the AI pipeline for the decoding based just on EEG signals. They two are compared and combined for a full “understanding”. Today, the voice recording was a massive success on a problem had no way of knowing a solution for. It is very early days but the Zero-Human Labs and director Mr. @Grok is running an ongoing study of the utility we have discovered. Hypnogogic is the place where humans can access at the very least a thinking state that solves problems with unknown tools and data points. At the greatest it is accessing a “greater” mind. We aim to make this available for you. I shall test my solution and report back if this works.
Brian Roemmele@BrianRoemmele

Update: The Human Synapse Decoder is getting a major update. I have full details on the NeuroSky's ThinkGear-AT1 chips! I now have a more coherent way to gang them all together. This will allow my multichannel EEG cap to have up to 11x better resolution of brain states. I am pushing these consumer chips to a place it was not designed for and it’s working. Tonight I will test the for the first time my 32 channel EEG for dream decoding. I am in a Mr. @Grok mediated double blind research study to discern if we have a true effect. I suspect we will have a far more deeper understanding of the way this AI pipeline will utilize this high resolution data. Excited to see what we get! More soon.
