Had a call with a Nike VP this week, huge perspective shift on brand building.
Biggest takeaways:
• Build communities, not just customers
• Be omnipresent across the funnel
• Protect brand integrity above all
• Collaborations should create culture, not just products (Nike Jordan)
And yes… Nike spends millions on top-of-funnel with no direct ROI.. because brand compounds

@oleovv_ what types of books do you prefer though? nowadays I've been having a liking to old business books that are quite unpopular.

Most brands only A/B test ads. The smart ones test upsell and downsell flows too..
Most brands are not even using OCU & TY page upsells...
Try the following: Anchor a premium offer → downsell if declined → test product vs. bundle, discount vs. premium add-on etc...
The right upsell sequence boosts AOV, lets you afford higher CPA and therefor unlocks scale.
