@littlexmm @easyJet In a similar boat - we were queuing to check in this morning for a flight to Malta only to receive a text to say it was cancelled - no reason, no communication other than a standard auto reply.

@easyJet you have no idea how much upset you have caused by cancelling our flight. Our holiday has now been cancelled. Being a teacher, the only way to book cheaper holidays is by booking in advance-now there are no flights at all. My family is distraught, my kids are so upset.

@easyJet flights to Geneva cancelled yesterday, no reasons given and no space to book onto alternative flights. Holiday that I had booked months in advance now ruined! Shocking! Compensation will be claimed! #easyjet #flightcancellation

@easyJet095 I think it would be reasonable to let customers know WHY this flight was cancelled at such notice with passengers having already made their way to Gatwick AND no alternative flight available..

We've temporarily disabled our Parent Reports feature to reduce load on our database while we perform an emergency update. We hope this will mean we can resolve the slow running of Insight today. We know this far from ideal and we sincerely apologise - we'll get it back up ASAP
