Schiff argues there was never an actual agreement or plan for such a reserve, suggesting it was purely manipulative. Schiff specifically calls for investigating: - Who authored Trump's social media posts announcing the reserve. - Who had advance notice and when they were informed. - Financial transactions by individuals who might have benefited from prior knowledge, especially involving cryptocurrencies like XRP, ADA, SOL, BTC, and ETH. - All related communications (emails, texts) involving Trump's associates, family, staff, donors, or Truth Social employees. In essence, Schiff believes that retail investors were deceived and suffered losses as a result of this alleged manipulation.
