Why limit prompt-tuning to few-shot training only. Our newest @TmlrOrg publication with @om_cha72, @SahooAadarsh and @rpanda89 shows the benefits of using unlabelled data as well as cross-model mutual supervision for transfer lerning and domain generalization.
Accepted papers at TMLR@TmlrPub

20 mins before discussion period ends: twoliner from reviewer - not satisfied. Will not change reject rating. Provided what was asked during rebuttal - Results on one more dataset (on top of more than 10 datasets in the paper). Never expected this from #NeurIPS2023. @NeurIPSConf

AnyDA accepted in #ICLR2023. It allows running a domain adaptation model in many devices with different compute resource w/o much performance dip. 2nd publication with @om_cha72, 4th with @SahooAadarsh. Congratulations guys and amazing collaborator @rpanda89. More details coming.

How to make a research poster? Poster presentation is a great (and fun!) way to showcase your research, interact with researchers, and get feedback from them. But how we make a good poster? 🤔 My two cents below 🧵

A couple of points to add to this wonderful thread: 1. Use Google Scholar to follow most frequently authors. Today almost everyone has an (automatic) profile. Also, follow the key publications.

How to keep track with the literature? Getting started with research but overwhelmed by THOUSANDS of papers each year? How could one stay sane keeping track of the literature? 😱 Here are some tricks I found useful. 🧵

Struggling with how to write a good introduction to your ICCV paper? I used to find this the hardest part of writing. Here is a template I now give to new graduate students: 🙂 How to Write the Introduction in 3 Easy Steps 🙂 #ComputerVision docs.google.com/presentation/d…

You don't use all of your brain's neurons to perceive an image of a cute little cat. Neither should neural networks! Consider exploring "Dynamic Neural Networks" in the field of Computer Vision by participating in #DNetCV Workshop at #CVPR2021 Submission: cmt3.research.microsoft.com/DNetCV2021
Abir Das@AbirDasUCR

The Dynamic Neural Networks Meets Computer Vision Workshop in conjunction with CVPR 2021 (virtual) invites all computer vision and machine learning researchers to submit papers and attend the workshop. The goal of this workshop is to bring together emerging research in the (1/2)
