Somebody has been giving their customers the wrong address to return items to and UPS has been dropping them off at my house for about 2 weeks now. The labels have my street address but not my Zip code. UPS is not even knocking on the door when they drop the boxes off.

Just over a week ago, I walked out of @THATConference and headed off to the ER. I was so hot my glasses were fogged up, and I was about to pass out. My heart was at/over 160bmp, and my heart didn't feel right. I was light-headed, dizzy, scared, and angry at myself all at the same time. This same thing happened the day before, but it went away after a few hours. I'd felt something similar before, but never this bad, minutes, not hours. I thought it was just anxiety with all things life. It wasn't; it was AFib with RVR. Laying in the ER, my wife was in tears, telling me this has to stop; you have to make changes. She's right, dead right ( pun intended ). I could have been dead right there in the middle of the convention center floor because I thought I would walk it off. I was trying to put the anxiety and the stresses of business in check. The best time to change this was 25 years ago; the second best time is now. I'm scared as hell but motivated.

I don't like door-knocking real estate agents, but I *do* like sending spammers to #PasswordPurgatory! So, how do I combine the two? By using @home_assistant to trick agents into conversation when they ring my @Ubiquiti doorbell 😈 But how can I make this *better*? Ideas?

I'm realizing I've adopted the idea that using static in c# should almost be avoided at all costs, and it's tainting my ability to assess, "it depends." My client team has started REALLY using statics... I'd love to hear current OPINIONS / recommended READING from the community

Sometime during the 90's, I had a loan. I think it was for a car, but more than 2 decades on I can't even recall. I also can't recall the lender I used, all I know is that... I've been pwned. Again. Because @Latitude_FS kept my data *well* beyond its useful period.

Made a dumb mistake in a large meeting today and put my foot in my mouth. However, I have multiple leaders who DO care (which helps) who checked me within minutes, and they are right (which helps), and I'm listening (which helps), and I'm going to take the feedback and fix it.

@timheuer @aeseia I am actively working on “reviving” DDNUG in-person meetings last time I tried, after COVID-19, the level of interest was extremely low. Now it’s happening no matter what. I can’t wait. Please DM me directly for info.

Hey Dallas folks. Is the Dallas .NET meetup group still active. I have a person interested in seeing it again and helping even. Meetup contacts seem to be stale? Any local folks have contacts? #dotnet
