Flee from occasions that may lead you to sin as much as you can, avoid the agitation, noise, and bustle of the world! Calm yourself! Do not scatter yourself by trying to do too much, do not lose your peace or waste your time on trivial things. Do only as much as is needed. This world drains us of strength, consumes us with all its problems, and many times we forget that we do not live for a thousand years, we forget that prayer or our relationship with God is the most important thing! We need peace and quiet; we must learn to turn off the radio, TV, and phone, and spend a golden moment not just with ourselves, but especially with Christ!
