Okay back to the drawing board. Hedge fund/Family office as the goal. Is CIS a Nigerian exam or a internationally recognised exam? Feels like I've asked this question before 🤔 If not, should CIIA or CFA be written?

@UTDMan247048 @GloriousGod01 I think what women don't like is when you say helping out with chores, you pick and choose based on your availability but when she helps it, it'll be every time you are down financially, she won't be able to pick and choose as it will most likely affect her.

@GloriousGod01 Glorius if I am making £3000 and my wife is making £1000. That means I contribute 75% while she does £25 bills because we are both working. I wouldn't mind helping out with chores honestly. The 50:50 we are discussing here is not just percentage it's simply fairness....

50/50 Men Who Disappear When It's Time to cook and clean. I have no problem with men who want to do 50/50 with their wives. My issue is simple: don't be a 50/50 man only when money is involved and then vanish when it's time for house chores. And don't expect your wife to be your personal cook. Cooking should be rotated. Both of you take turns. If you want 50/50, do it from top to bottom, finances to house chores: If your wife is cleaning the bedroom, you should be washing the toilet. If she's cooking, you should be washing the plates. If she goes to the market, you should do the cooking. You should also carry pregnancy. Oh wait, you can't. So maybe stop acting like she's doing nothing. If she's bathing one child, you should be bathing the other. If she cooks today, you cook tomorrow. If she's sweeping, you should be mopping. If she's paying school fees for one child, you should be paying for the other. If she's washing clothes, you should be rinsing and spreading them on the line. That is what real 50/50 should look like. Not just when money is involved. You want your wife to match you financially but the moment it's time to clean, cook, or carry responsibility around the house, suddenly you become a "traditional man". You don't get to pick and choose. Either you are all in or you are not. You cannot be progressive with her income and primitive with her labour. Something is wrong with that picture. Fix it. Above all, love God.

Please, if you are doing your international passport, you don’t need to pay anyone to do it for you. I did mine for just 104k this week at Ikeja Alausa I went there myself and didn’t even spend up to 30min there, it was so fast and the staff were friendly. Someone wanted me to pay 145k for something I did by myself in less than 20min😂😂

@_La_bebee @Jhaytimzz I got mine in two weeks too. Captured on the 11th of February, it was ready on the 25th of February. It was a renewal sha. The last two I had done was DIY so nobody could hoodwink me into paying any extra outside the 105k.

@_La_bebee It seems like one of the easiest thing to do now in Nigeria... I was even called on phone to come pick it up when ready. Immigration officer was smiling with me and wishing me well when leaving 😂

This is how insiders quietly position before the market catches up Most people will never see this, but a senior executive at United Capital Plc just bought shares in the open market with personal money. Not options. Not bonuses. A direct purchase of 1,256 shares at ₦18.30. That detail matters more than it looks. Insiders already understand the company’s real financial position, risks, and future direction better than anyone reading headlines. So when they decide to spend their own cash, it is rarely random. It is a signal of conviction. This is the part retail investors often miss. By the time positive news becomes obvious, the people closest to the business have already acted. Not with words, but with money. It does not guarantee the stock will rise tomorrow. But it tells you where informed confidence is quietly building. If you want an edge in the market, stop focusing only on what companies say. Start paying attention to what insiders do.

I’ve seen so many beautiful names, and it made me reflect on something. I’ve noticed that many Igbo names today follow a similar pattern, especially with “Chi” in them (mine included, so no shade). But I can’t help but feel like, over time, we’ve started drifting away from some of the deeper, more traditional Igbo names that aren’t tied to that pattern. Our names are so rich, diverse, and meaningful, they were never meant to be boxed into one style. When I have children, I’d love for them to carry names like: Yagazie, Awele, Turugo, Olisa, Kamgharida, Kambiri, Ikenga, Olaedo, Anyanwu, Kpapando, Ugegbe, Adaolisa, Nnamdi. Names that feel rooted. Names that feel like us.

What’s the most beautiful Igbo name you’ve ever heard? I’m looking for baby names.

This right hereeee is very validdd 😂 So I bought items worth over 60k from Temu last year: basic tops, AirPods, 3-in-1 glasses, rings, necklaces, hill, loafers, press on nails, acrylic earrings… full package. My initial checkout was around 43k, but I added AirPods, glasses, and two extra items. Total came to about 15k+ for the added stuff. Then I realized I didn’t actually need two of the items, so I requested a refund. 15k minus 8k+ = about 7k refund expected. I waited the full 14 days… nothing. Probably because I used my PalmPay card. I started emailing Temu and PalmPay. No response. No solution. I just forgot about it. Then this year… out of nowhere… I got an alert of 15k+ 😭 Not 7k. FULL refund. I was not even expecting money from anybody. One thing I’ll give them — they even do partial refunds if items aren’t in good condition. At this point, Temu should just take all my money 😂

Shopping from Temu is more financially responsible than buying many of the items in Nigeria. Honestly.
