@omnisteph @LaLigaMichael They are also just not the proper level too much drop off outside the starting 11 in most positions. Finances have impacted this issue a lot. Need to reinforce this squad quite a bit to be able to rotate more.
I think he should still rotate more but I get the risk in doing so.

@NealGardner_ with Flick is him not utilizing his depth enough, when he runs his key players to the ground, he'll then have no choice but to turn to the squad players and guess what, they're not match fit or their quality will probably not be good enough against the opponents.

Funny thing is, we won't prepare Olmo F9/Xavi Espart/Rashford CF/Roony in matches like this, but we'll experimenting them in a random UCL KO.
Flick goes way too safe in his league lineups and freestyles some of his UCL lineups (and substitutions).

You know what man, the real 'managers' at Barca over the past 5 years have been Lamine, Ousmane, Pedri, Rapha, Frenkie. The ones who've actually given the team poise and structure.
These managers do fuck all.

This is actually a very valid point. The vast majority of head scratchers I’ve seen from Flick have come in the high stakes CL games.
We complain about not having depth, but we’re not even utilising the little depth that we do have.
