@AirAsiaIndia @airasia I had 14.1 kg cabin checkin baggage & 6 kg carry on with just a laptop on the side in a laptop backpack on I51533 Ur highly trained staff charged me for 3 kg excess baggage can someone explain why the hell was I charged when both my baggages were in limit?

@AirAsiaIndia No I was not! Read properly I was only carrying 14.1 in check in, 1 short of permissible 6.5 in cabin baggage I had a laptop bag with laptop which weighed 3.5 kg and he charged me for that! That’s outrageous! I was getting late for the flight otherwise I’d have streamed live
