Let's imagine @DeclanFox14 and the team decide to go with the 2,000 LXP threshold. It means the number of eligible wallets stands at 329K. Easy math gets us to 19,700 $LINEA per user. Now, let's try to predict the price based on 10 major launches from the past. $LINEA airdrop if the story repeats: 💰 1. Starknet FDV on day 1: 20B => $5,472 per user 💵 2. Wormhole FDV on day 1: 13.5B => $3,700 per user💰 3. Arbitrum FDV on day 1: 12B => $3,283 per user 💵 4. Optimism FDV on day 1: 6.18B => $1,691 per user 💰 5. LayerZero FDV on day 1: 4B => $1,094 per user 💵 6. ZKsync FDV on day 1: 2.9B => $793 per user 💰 7. Scroll FDV on day 1: 1.2B => $328 per user 💵 8. Mode FDV on day 1: 0.55B => $150 per user 💰 9. One of my wallets with 4K LXP, spent nearly $200 on gas fees. This results in $370 net profit or +185%. Not a lifechange, but honestly, not too bad. The question is how the team will approach the distribution, threshold, multipliers, etc. Btw, $LINEA valuation surged to $3.6B FDV on Aevo, meaning $985 airdrop per user. Can we trust this number? Probably no, cause the volumes are low. Again, these are very rough calculations, so let's just wait for the official checker. For the record, I'm a fan of strict criteria, like 0.01 ETH balance, 5+ trxs in 2025, so that real Linea supporters eat well. But relax, the team is unlikely to go this way. The most obvious thing is LXP threshold, likely not too high (1,000-1,500), so there is not too much hate. Anyway, the saga is coming to the end, and I'm happy about it.
