@ronzdog73 @KaitMarieox We have had affirmative action for 50 yrs. This has dictated hiring, contract awards, scholarships, professional school and college admissions, etc. At some point we have to let each person succeed or fail on her own merit particularly pilots, surgeons, etc.

@KaitMarieox You just can’t stand that qualified minorities are finally getting the opportunity to climb the ladder of success..just because a company wants to add more diversity to its workforce, doesn’t mean the qualifications of the employee diminishes

@cassie61790015 @elisaslow @RavMABAY Wrong. We have rural opportunities for foreign doctors or non citizens trained in US residencies all over . There are a couple of visa types. The problem is that few state med schools take out of state/out of country students. Has nothing to do with the admin.
