The woman in the video I quoted is Kristian Parks, a 9-time IFBB Pro champion. She is not natural.
This is often the physique people mistakenly think women will develop just by lifting weights.
The woman in the video below, however, is Lean Beef Patty. She's been lifting for over a decade and still looks very "womanly" in my opinion.

BUSTED: London psych nurse hit with a BUI after struggling with life jacket and field sobriety tests on July 4th weekend
Sarah Steel, a psych nurse from London, had her holiday weekend cut short when Texas Parks and Wildlife officers pulled her over on the water.
She was wearing her life jacket improperly and had trouble counting backwards.
Once on board the officers' boat, they made her play patty-cake with the female officer before placing her under arrest.
Steel was arrested for Boating Under the Influence with a .144 BAC.
