@JonAcuff, I have recently been appreciating your advice to “expand your definition of what counts.” ❤️
English

@GoodInside, I think you might have fundamentally changed the way I see my child after listening to your discussion with @hubermanlab

@noahkagan !!!

@jmueller8332 I agree about avocados being enjoyable, but the process of getting into one is as quick and painless as a lances boil. There are few things more satisfying than a perfectly halvocado.
English

@onepixelman if you think about it, wouldn't that same logic make an avocado a very appealing fruit to eat?
it's definitely a big to-do

@DavidThePerson4 Tell that orange that it is too messy to be considered for best fruit. Hurtful, though true.

@JonAcuff
This email subject alone got me out the door on a run that I, otherwise, probably wouldn’t have had time for today. Thank you!!!!

@magiceldridge @MySamsonite @Staples As someone who often travels on what used to be Samsonite Blvd, I feel licensed to say, “Free bags for life!!!” Anyone who reads this… free bags for life.
English

Hey @MySamsonite I bought one of your bags at @Staples & the zipper fell apart after just 5 months of commuting.
Your warranty page won't let me file because it says it's out of warranty (it's not), & Staples does nothing. Can you help with next steps? I just want a working bag
English

@sycamoreskid Answer: Yes, you were supposed to buy it, give it to someone else, pressure them to display it in their home and comment on how true it is every time you see it.
English

@sycamoreskid Don’t hate on that grate! Its fate was sealed as soon as it was mate.

@hubermanrules Me, too. I picked up the habit of adding a can to my lunch salad early this year, but I worried that it was too much cholesterol. After hearing Dr. Rhonda say she eats a can every morning, I was less worried about it. I just make sure to get the ones in water.
English

@onepixelman I love sardines
Eat several cans a week

A few suggested protocols I'm just not rockin with
1) Delaying caffeine 90 minutes
Honestly this just sucks
I LOVE coffee as soon as I wake up
I go to bed looking forward to my morning coffee
Ain't just gonna happen
2) Post-workout downregulation breathwork
Nah
I finish my lift and bounce
I have no doubt it works
But just not for me
3) Anything related to NSDR
Idk man
Again, just not for me
Gotta lie down, close my eyes, take a long break
I tried it
But like mediation, just kind of boring
4) Sleeping in a separate bed that your partner
This was discussed during the Galpin series
Yeah... no explanation needed lol
