What a shot from Matas Buzelis last night to seal the win. Best part was the Heat bench clapping and screaming in his ear to try and throw him off. He gave them the stare down after drilling it.

@funakistats The other thing you have to consider is during the end of q4, teams basically scrap all plays and it’s a lot of 1on1. We would want our best 1on1 defenders out there, but there’s argument for Stevo or alpi to be out there to secure the defensive rebound as well.

Don’t know where Ime Udoka is getting his analytics from, but there’s nothing that shows his small-ball lineups being more effective than the advantages Sengun/Adams create “Fully switchable” lineups without Sengun or Adams have been cooked by opponents all season and the data backs that up

I have been watching Rockets basketball since the late 80s. Is this the most athletic team in Rockets history? The Rockets have had athletic players like Hakeem, Francis, T Mac and Gerald Green but none of them played together at their athletic peak. Between Jalen, Amen and Cam I don’t know of a Rockets team with more pure athleticism than this team. If I am wrong which is possible let me know another team.

Also I know his scoring is down a tick/shooting % is just OK, but I continue to want all the Jabari Smith Jr. stock. Even if he never makes an All-Star team, he is a winning player -- type/size/skill set/personality every good team needs. Great game last night.

@DrDoctavious I’ve been waiting for a defensive team like this. Where the players play hard the entire game. All the harden led teams were elite but he usually chose to play D only in Q4.

Every Rockets fan should dream to see this historically good defensive/rebounding team flourish with some good shotmaking. It’s gonna be nuts
