Why do these Ignorant Ronus think that NADECO was a Yoruba struggle, using it for their usual dog whistling? One-third of the leading and founding NADECO members were Igbos. Many of them lost their lives and livelihoods fighting for Abiola’s mandate and democracy:

Peter Obi NADECO tweet is giving APC sleepless night, now they are trying to make it a tribal thing, TINUBU does not represent we the Yorubas, we will not buy the rhetoric. A self aclaim fighter of democracy is the same trying to kill democracy... make it make sense.

Leadership Tussle: Nafiu Bala Resigns As ADC Chairman By Funke Ogunlolu The 2023 Gombe governorship candidate and former national deputy chairman of the African democratic congress. Nafiu Bala has tendered his letter of resignation after declaring himself as the interim national chairman of the party. In the letter Addressed to the former national chairman of the party, Ralph Nwosu, Bala stated that his resignation was to pave way for smooth and effective coalition as well as restructuring the party. Bala assured that he is not abandoning the party and ready to serve in any capacity but the former Gombe governorship candidate was silenced on the David Mark-led interim leadership. The announcement came after the official handing over of ADC to the former Senate President and his team by the former national executive committee on Wednesday. During his declaration as the national chairman, Bala had accused Mark-led interim leadership of the ADC of hijacking the party through unconstitutional means and warned of impending legal action to challenge what he described as a “total surrender” of the party’s structure to external political actors. The former deputy national chairman emphasized that the party’s constitution clearly outlines the processes for leadership succession and that, in line with those provisions, he was now assuming the position of interim national chairman. Leadership Without Compassion is Not Leadership During his visit to Benue State in June 2025, Bola Ahmed Tinubu stopped at the Government House but did not go to the actual scene where innocent Nigerians lost their lives. Similarly, yesterday in Jos, his engagement ended at the airport instead of at the affected communities. What happened in Plateau yesterday highlights a complete absence of leadership. True leadership requires presence, empathy, compassion, and a willingness to meet people where their pain truly lies. For citizens who have just lost loved ones, homes, and their sense of safety, being addressed from an airport tarmac is profoundly inadequate. This approach exacerbates the sense of abandonment already felt by innocent Nigerians who have endured repeated cycles of violence without meaningful protection or justice. Plateau deserves more than distant words; it requires urgent action and a clear commitment to ending the insecurity that continues to claim innocent lives. In such moments, leadership must not only be visible but also tangible—standing with victims, listening to survivors, and acknowledging the depth of their grief. If we truly desire a better Nigeria, we must demand leadership that is present, responsive, and responsible at all times. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

I watched this video and paused it halfway to make a resolve in my heart, yet again, that wherever this man goes, I will follow. I will follow him down the most narrow, winding paths. I will hold his hand and walk into a lake of fire by his side. I will fall a thousand for his sake. So help me God

When they move abroad as immigrants - they make friends based on visa categories. They don't even date below their visa categories. 😂 When they're on Twitter, the reiterate that stratification. small accounts vs big accounts. 💀 I reflect a lot on our ideological design, as a people. Nigerians are morally bankrupt, culturally deficient and rooted in faux elitism. This is why some markets exist for us, because they can take advantage of that shameless insecurity - and I genuinely don't think the reason is poverty. I've visited other poor countries. These countries do not see cars beyond what they are, a means a transportation. They don't see restaurants beyond what they are. They don't see dates beyond what they are. Something fundamentally is wrong with us. For us, it isn't even enough that we succeed - it is important that other fail, or don't succeed as much as we do. It is important for us to have an edge other others. It is such a sick attitude. Person A has one house. Person B has two houses. It isn't enough that they both have roof over their heads - Person B innately subclasses Person A. You should also to hear from a Nigerian gym goer that you're not "man enough" because you don't bench as much as he does. 💀 As segwayed as these analogies are, they are rooted in the same proportionality. It points to the same mental illness. Who did this to us?
