Very funny that @Payoneer has a support center that doesn’t answers anything and loops back to where?! To the support center again! :D Really pissed.

and now @Payoneer doesn’t cancel the payment request which keeps me from getting the payment from my client. Great. Never saw a so troubled service.

Really, you should have improve your customer relationship format.

@Payoneer_Help @rodriguespolana @Gamalie45026413 For sure. But i strongly advise people to share opinions about your services as its public interest. If i knew all this complex process would be required i would avoid losing time and affect relationship with my customer negatively.

@Gamalie45026413 @Payoneer its a hell. They asks vital information between you and you customer that shouldn’t never asked. Also customer may have his/her bank account blocked because of all this complex process.

@Payoneer_Help @Payoneer unfortunately you are requesting information that neither me or my customer are comfortable with. Theres no need for you guys to ask for any kind of contract between me and my customers. We wont make this through #payoneer as it only gave frustration to us.

@Payoneer_Help Thanks. First time someone from Payoneer actually answered me was here. Still, i don’t get it why is so difficult to receive a simple payment from a well known company with everything accordingly to the law. Ive been into this field for 20 years already. It’s frustrating.
