@RyanSpiek @tlschwerz I don’t question he’s a smart guy. Everyone in the bigs has advanced baseball acumen. I question the same things that were documented during his time in Pittsburgh. Ineffective communicator and young players plateaued or regressed frequently.

The Twins can say they want to play better defense, but this is the reality. Martin doesn't round the ball, he doesn't make a hard throw, and he throws it in to the wrong base giving up another 90 feet.
