i've acquired one of these and plan on reconstructing it in @openscad for folx who want to make new versions :)

@nallath Nice to hear! Maybe there's an opportunity to talk later, when higher priority topics have settled down. There have been a couple of additions that could be interesting, like EGL support (= actual headless mode) and the WASM version (maybe not quite production ready yet).

@openscad It's on the backlog to upgrade. Right now we're running an ancient version. I personally really want to fix it, because the customizer is a great feature. But we also have a ton of other things to fix

I just open sourced the "OpenSCAD to Spritesheet" workflow I created for Daily Driver: github.com/gingerbeardman… It's a Frankenstein mish-mash of Makefile and Shell scripts that evolved over many months/years. Somewhat optimised to do as much in parallel as I could figure. 🚗💨

very simple clamp using #openscad @openscad . Really the goal was to attach #ADXL345 to printer bed and gantry simply (fittings added to clamp by additional code.) it worked ok. we can vary the band frequency and other dimensions

Sorry to report that there is a problem (not security related) with the download server files.openscad.org so the website downloads are not working. We'll fix it as fast as possible, but it might take a couple of days to get everything up and running again.
