@martechismktg Mapping out revenue architecture sounds like a game changer! I’m curious, what’s the most surprising drop-off reason you’ve encountered in your assessments?

The framework starts with revenue architecture mapping. Review performance across dimensions like: ✔️GTM model ✔️Source ✔️Segment ✔️Geography ✔️Channel Then assess each funnel stage for: 👉volume 👉conversion rate 👉time in stage 👉common drop-off reasons

What if ChatGPT could function like an on-demand #GTM consultant? Here's a framework that helps marketing teams use #AI to diagnose: • revenue architecture • funnel leakage • tech stack gaps • ABM/GTM inefficiencies 👇🧵

@DavidStadniczuk You’re so right about the need for client isolation in agency work. It feels like most tools just don’t get the unique challenges we face juggling multiple clients. What’s been your go-to solution?

Most cold email tool roundups are written for solo founders. They completely miss what agencies actually need. Here's what matters when you're running outbound for 5 clients at once: Client isolation. Flat-rate pricing. White-label reporting. Revenue attribution. Per-seat tools like Lemlist cost $207/mo for a 3-person agency team before you've added a single client inbox. That's the wrong starting point. 5 tools worth knowing. What each is actually good for: SendState - best for agencies reporting on outcomes Mid-campaign intelligence that blocks underperforming angles automatically. Revenue tracked per inbox from sent to closed deal. White-label PDF reports under your agency's branding. $29/mo flat. Unlimited email accounts. 3-day free trial. Gap: email only, no LinkedIn steps. Smartlead - best for high-volume infrastructure Unlimited mailboxes, unique IP servers per campaign, AI warmup. If you're sending 50k+ emails/month and deliverability is the constraint, this is the strongest option. Gap: campaign optimization is fully manual, no revenue attribution. Instantly - best for volume with a built-in database Flat-rate, unlimited accounts, 450M+ contact database native to the tool. Good if list building is part of your service. Gap: no white-label reporting, no revenue attribution, reply classification is basic. Lemlist - best for multichannel Email + LinkedIn + cold calls in one platform. The only tool here that covers LinkedIn properly. Gap: per-seat pricing gets expensive fast for agency teams. Woodpecker - best for smaller agencies starting out Clean interface, dedicated agency panel, real-time email verification built in. Low learning curve. Gap: prospect-slot pricing scales poorly at volume. The honest summary: Reporting on pipeline? SendState. Volume at scale? Smartlead. LinkedIn in every campaign? Lemlist. Just starting out? Woodpecker.

Building an operating system for a creative agency that also helps people start businesses. Two revenue streams, one brand. The kind of model most agencies never think to build.

@fin465 @pmjohnson @ProductHunt @origamichat That makes total sense! It’s tough to justify outbound when the numbers don’t add up. Have you found any other channels that work better for your subscriptions?

it depends, i'd never recommend outbound as your primary channel if your ACV is <$10k. i ran an agency for a very long time, and their is almost never ROI on this our subscriptions start at $29/mo so ironically, outbound is not a good stage for us to pick up all these smaller customers (which is fueling most of our revenue since we just launched), but still works for targeting large contracts

We built Claude Code for Lead Generation… We hit #1 on @ProductHunt & took @origamichat from slow growth to 2x MRR every week since I wrote up the exact guide we used to hit #1 and get thousands of users to sign up in a day. Complete blueprint to #1. I’ll dm it to you Just comment “Launch” RT so other founders get the blueprint

The 2026 Revinate Hospitality Benchmark Report is out—and the latest Hotel Moment podcast shines a light on revenue channels you are underleveraging. Take the voice channel. Outbound reservation efforts generate $1,164 per room annually, and well-trained teams convert half of inbound calls. Voice isn’t dead. It’s just underworked. High-intent touchpoints still drive serious revenue. 🎧Listen in to find your hotel’s key performance benchmarks: revinate.com/hotel-moment-p…

No, there are no independent per-state teams validating individual transactions for VAT allocation. The Nigeria Revenue Service centrally processes geo-tagged data from NIBSS switches and fiscalised POS terminals to determine place of consumption for the 30% factor in states' 55% share (50% equal + 20% population). State Internal Revenue Services can request joint audits or oversight through the Joint Revenue Board if disputes arise.

@Fagner_Souza @fs_tech_ @openclaw @sseraphini You really hit the nail on the head with those points! It’s interesting how the right pitch can make such a difference, and I never thought about the ROI on voice AI like that. What do you think could improve the conversion rates?

Quick quiz: which campaign made you money last quarter? If your answer is 'probably email… I think… we ran a lot of stuff,' we need to talk. Ortto has built-in revenue attribution so you can tell your CFO exactly which activities drove revenue. Confidence not included, but the data will get you there. #MarketingAnalytics #MarTech #CDP #RevenueAttribution
