@rrhoover The high cost of doing business, and also managing microfinance loans in Haiti. A lack of centralized communication and data for businesses there. Lack of infrastructure for business owners there (internet, electricity, law enforcement, roads, banks that are safe to visit, etc.)

my grandma passed away this weekend. the last few months have been really hard, processing from afar. all of this is already sad, but with isolation it is truly awful. i miss her a lot. this is me and her making silly faces on my 8th bday. ❤️ 我永远的爱你, 外婆 。
