So what would you suggest to address the reality that the system favors whites (including DEI). In other words, what would you replace DEI with since it doesn’t help those it’s intended to?

I absolutely agree that policies like DEI don’t address the core issues of systemic racism (hence why white women disproportionately benefit from it)
