You can't prevent people from trying to buy things they shouldn't but you can make it harder to do and easier to punish sellers

@crhealy72 @SkyNews The market to children would continue by those same dealers but they’d have access to buy the drugs. The literally same thing is happening with alcohol every day. Perhaps the punishments towards drug dealers should be greater and actually be a deterrent.
