ok I’ve discovered instead of moping about not being able to “do” anything since I’m keeping babywearing to the bare minimum atm, I can just dance and my baby is entertained and I feel amazing and limber and happy and grateful and full of joy.

We had my close friend do film for our wedding weekend!! You need to be shooting film!!

on wedding photos....we asked my SIL's boyfriend who is a photography phenom (never done a wedding tho) to fill up 3 rolls of film along with digital backups for all "major moments." we ended up with about 200 photos and they were basically all masterpieces

Every single (nursing) mother needs to be equipped with a theracane, it has saved my life. Instead of spending every day with debilitating back pain I spend 10-20min a day massaging my back (sometimes w arnica) and it seriously has changed everything. No more pain 🥹

okay I’m curious about starting a dialogue about this, I get this comment a lot, and while my purpose for being here is not to find love, I am definitely open to it, but I also really want to be anonymous and don’t at all feel comfortable or called to use this platform to express my identity or show my face, does anyone have applicable experience they’d like to share?

@boonymama Called a theracane! We inherited it from a beloved family friend and it’s amazing. It’s like $30 new though so not too bad. 1000% recommend it

@Lyndsey5280 It’s called a theracane!! Yes you do it yourself. There are probably tutorials but I just find the knots/sore spots with the hook and apply LOTTSS of pressure while deep breathing. I find it’s actually more effective than a massage because you can get specific!
