Yo creo que la inmigración es un problema, que habría que afrontarlo como adultos y que existe una obligación ética colectiva de ayudar en cierta medida a quienes están peor que nosotros, todo a la vez.

Ayer despedí a Mía, nuestra diseñadora de 23 años (Gen Z). Estábamos a 24 horas de entregar la campaña más grande de la agencia. Faltaban unos retoques críticos. A las 6:00 PM en punto, Mía cerró su laptop, dijo "mi turno terminó, es mi clase de yoga" y nos dejó tirados. La despedí por WhatsApp a las 6:05 PM por falta total de compromiso. @asjustinX Tu error fue despedirla. Soy millenial y entiendo que a veces un esfuerzo extra incluso no remunerado puede ser procedente, por responsabilidad y por compañerismo. Pero por las malas no vas a conseguir que alguien que tiene otra manera de funcionar cambie de parecer o coopere.

¿Trabajar extra en una crisis es lealtad de equipo o sumisión ante la explotación corporativa?
