the agency's been in a very weird spot as of late multiple contracts ended before their end timeline, destroying longer term plans and erasing hard work building the platform to scale its not because we did a poor job either, every metric improved but brand cash flow issues killed all of them i've been offered to sell or merge with other companies but for the first time since switching the agency im not sure what to do im not quitting either way, im getting scrappy, but going from an extremely stable brand lineup to fresh start is discouraging as fuck i don't really need advice, this is more of a personal tracker. sure im gonna look back on this in 2 weeks and laugh lmao
