Top tip while travelling, always carry a little toilet paper as using these taps to empty your bag can end up quite a messy experience ffs 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣

Travelling Vietnam and yep in the infamous tunnels I felt my #ostomy bag start working itself as I’m wedged in a very small and hot space 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣 Why do I keep doing this to myself? Tell you why because life is short & we are stronger than whatever is thrown at us, that’s why 😉

Approx 6yrs ago I helped a stranger and today she reached out on socials & sent me this which was delivered by @AmcareConvatec @ConvatecStomaUK 👏🏻 and said thank you we have changed her life 🙌 How humbling is that just by talking to someone in need #stoma
