Poorm customer service @flannelsfashion returns portal down, not allowed to return online orders to store. Now I need to send it but they need proof of postage and I have to pay for the return! Over and above what their £4.99 return is! You’ve lost this customer! Disappointed

@marksandspencer really disappointed that your Xmas return policy is 35 days! My step father died over Christmas and my father in law is in a hospice so returning so thing hasn’t been a priority and now your customer services will not allow a return even in these circumstances!
