@chrisatadika I think it depends on what we study in general. People are just studying useless programmes . I joined a tech company in Ghana recently and I realized most of staff are foreigners with fat pay check. I asked why and was told, they did not get people with the needed skillset

I remember the first day of one of my masters degree classes..the lecturer asked each of us the reason for pursuing the degree..most of us responded alluding to the fact that we were unemployed, just at home and to make productive use of the time, our parents agreed to pay our fees for us to come back to school..After 4 years of completion, about 70% of us are still unemployed..we literally went back to school to still sit at home..why won’t we aspire to travel abroad for greener pastures? The problem is with the soil not the seed!
