You talk about Kisumu like it’s your gym ; loud, careless, and clueless. You've always been stupid.

No imposter will be allowed into Kisumu. Kisumu city must remain a peaceful city.

Today, I had an engaging tete a tete with @WillisRaburu . He’s officially bringing his signature youthful energy, corporate MC expertise, and creative media edge to the Linda Mwananchi Movement.
Willis is running for the Kisumu Senatorial seat, and we are thrilled he’s chosen to board our bus, a movement fueled by the aspirations of the youth and a drive for a better Kenya.

Instead of using that 500K to buy another plot of land that will not generate any cash flows for you, why not explore other options?
500K in an infrastructure bond with a 13% yield will give you 65K per annum
500K in a special fund like Mansa X will earn you 88K in interest per annum (Mansa X has averaged 17.6% p.a over the last 5 yrs)
500K in a SACCO like Stima Sacco will earn you 60K in dividends from share capital or 47K from rebates on Savings.

@cheruiyotkb with 2.3 how much will one be earning for year of annual return of 10%
English

If salaried, each month you get paid, you should use 10 to 20% of your income to buy assets. Do this consistently for 10 years and you will be exceed your expectations.
Assuming this percentage averages Sh 10,000—you will have Sh 120,000 in 12 months. In 10 years, it gives you Sh 1.2M without returns.
If this investment gives you an annual return of 12%, your portfolio will be worth Sh 2.3M.
Your hard work gave you Sh 1.2M and your smart compounding gave you Sh 1.1M.
