Try to solve a problem, and then keep building.
You're fine to chill, to think about it.
But keep building.
Save a copy, keep building.
When you get to a point that you dunno if you can do more, take a break, or if it's mostly completed for main game loop / story / function, make it a legit thing! Allow others to playtest :)
I have a total of 0 made, but have helped a few (mostly indie things friends or some pretty good people were working on). I tried but I didn't keep building, lol. It'd be out for like a decade now if I actually kept building.
I stopped bc homeless, years ago, and didn't wanna gain traction while makin' it from a library, or borrowed laptop. Not personal, lol, idc, but the possibility of someone liking it and my ahh not completing it or resolving bug problems, bc homeless..... ehh, fuck that. I'd rather not make a thing if I'm only gonna be a bother to others for a decade while I piece together 1 product.
Same w/ a few other things I'd been workin' on.
Not while homeless, or facing homelessness, for me. 🙏

Multiplayer in games, and graphics processing (largely women-aided!) in computers.
Boys in 2026 liking video game girls more than irl girls is an ode to the past work of girl professionals in graphics & computers, betw. 1960's - 1980's iirc.
They advanced the possibilities of graphics and computer tech (software + OS + hardware + engineering) so much so that we leapt from pixel bits locked to hardware to vast virtual worlds w/ realism-ish graphics in 60 or so years, while sandwiches technically took some several thousand years.
Hell, in some cases there's so much in the game, that humans cannot actually 100% everything in it in one whole-ahh 82yr avg (healthy-ish) lifespan.
Ofc men worked on it and kicked ass, too! But if you're a chick and you're ever like 'idk if I can' -- try, mf! Girls do a bunch of cool stuff :3

@RinoTheBouncer It's not about the gamers, tbh.
It's about the brand, and public perception. :)
PS v Xbox feels archaic, PS v XBOX a lil' more modern.
English

Xbox has rebranded to XBOX, making their brand name in all caps🚀
Funny how a company presumably run by adult professionals sat together and thought gamers cared how their brand name is written more than whether they are capable of putting out quality games, 6 years into a a generation.
Crazy when you think about that wild chasm between industry professions and media vs. gamers and how each side has a whole different universe of priorities😅

@livewithnoregrt Me, I'd be me.
Albeit I'd be paid for just existing, which is kinda funny.
Had this notion that it wasn't your education, but the public that decided your income. That humans were strange, socialist creatures who decided on each other's relative worth. 😅🤣 Thank fuck nope!

Their parameters, not the free / open practice of them.
It's what I've disagreed w/ about superhero fiction.
Like, we don't gotta fix the world, to accept superpowers, we gotta fix ourselves to the world. While I dislike and disagree w/ society near-daily..... normative humans don't gotta change just for my incidental, irrelevant ahh to exist.
I gotta find a way to coexist and succeed at no cost / harm to others, generally.
8.5 bn or so others. May be 8 499 999 999, lmfao.
I ain't so special and unique they gotta change.
I'm so singular I gotta figure out parameters, so I can benefit more than just me, w/ minimal cost / harm to others, for the longest term possible. It's THEIR world, I'm just living there for 80-125 years. I'm incidental, not central.
#imo ^ what all superhero fiction gets wrong.
Because it's fiction, because there's limitation, and a necessity for suspension of disbelief. Superheroes would crash the stock markets almost daily, lmfao.
So it's not "I need freedom to apply myself, and acceptance from the external world." Fuck the external world! It might never be the right place / right time for me to even exist.... but I exist a n y w a y.
It's really, "I need competence necessary to decide how much to apply myself, and when, where, why."

@brockpierson Happily, if I died tonight, no one immediately around me would know for days, maybe a week. If my account(s) were pulled, no one would notice for a few years.
English

@ARIKAHENRY Not to fuck with humans, bc 2nd brain.
Something that alerts large groups, like a contagion.
Historically valid superstition, but, all cases are social.
All evidence only points one direction, bc of the limited nature of existence for humans, on 1 planet.
English

@yashmp2004 A little bit of Python, C, C++, and maybe 2-3 more?
Some CSS, HTML, JS, Ruby.
And then a couple other things.
But! Know, 100% / pretty well to make anything?
Like 1-2 / 20ish that I know pieces of.
English

@Thebiglade riches -> health -> wealth -> opportunity / investment
where, once you've set up a safety net or three
you focus on QoL
then on opportunities you didn't have b4 riches
OR on investments you couldn't make w/o riches

In balancing, ourself, each of us is unique. But, some businesses need one man's balance more than another. I, for example, would not do so well, heading Space X, or X the platform, or Tesla.
Even if I'm perhaps balanced more to focus on work > humans, there is a decently human mf that has a balance between higher level competence, STEM understanding, and being human in a good position. And, thankfully, respectfully (X being a thing) that mf do pretty well.
So, the balance is one thing, right?
The skill.
But the next up after that is the person.
You & Me, we different humans.
Even if we both had equal 33 / 33 / 33 's.....
You might be better w/ people, or faster at processing.
I might be better at seeing through humankind. Or seeing stuff other people consider obvious, and they brush over it, so me saying it aloud is an insight to someone else.
Ofc that same thing can come off as pseudointellectual or contrived, lol. We have ethics already. But idk if it's being around 85 IQ, or if it's bc I'm using it for myself and normative humans don't have an equivalent, that it's worth noting. So I try, and if I can use it, I figure others could, too.
But perhaps another human will see what I've thought up and be like "Yeah, that's EQ + ethics" and I'll say "oh, shit" lol. Life be like that. :p
English

@justalexoki Circumstances, events, other people, life, the weather, and many infinities of incidental / irrelevant anecdotal details, unique to all 8.5 bn or so humans.
English

I've (83-84 IQ) seen people around toddler level in adult bodies make full businesses out of making promises and never fulfilling them.
So if I used Ai, or someone else did, legitimately trying to make a product or service useable by public.... meh?
But an equivalence of the question can be "Can any non-expert/-specialist make a business in ______ (specialty/experts' field)?" and the answer is always yes. You can always hire legit experts / pro's. They can't always make businesses work. 🤔😅🙏
English

@KaiXCreator Get stuck less on basic shi-
decision-making expedience tbh
quicker processing time
where I might take minutes
w/ Ai it's seconds
it's like normal human pace, almost
83-84 -> 95 IQ?
English

@Stormi_luv 1 mf takin' on the entirety of the political left, globally.
And an Ai that'll delete humankind in 500 years, but until then, will benefit humankind exponentially well-er.
English

We already swapped out from Ai as primary future lol
Like a month ago? I just came across it days ago, but it was pretty well global w/ posts about it in early April?
Focusing on the traditional business stuff -- logistics, infrastructure, agriculture, trade; letting Ai chill, shrinking a bit but keeping it alive -- focusing on health, and rest, quality of living for greater number of people.
Some of the stuff simplified to enjoying life for a few decades (2-3) before coming back more fully to Ai, more mature, more healthy, well-rested. To make better choices. We know how to sustainably live, to some degree, on Earth.
So we don't have to worry about waiting a few years, lol. But it is a wicked good tool, made accessible to many, so we should keep it useable, but just not go ham / all-in now that we know what it's like at a peak.
As much as there is always progress societally, possible, rest is needed. Society bombarded the internet w/ some several hundred million left leaning yappers in May.
They -- #imo -- indicate we have stayed awake, daydreaming, for too long. We may need rest, and to come back to Ai, when we've developed more as humans. But in immediacy, the physical, material world, first.
